SEBBY HOMES

Custom Luxury Residential
Dallas  ·  Fort Worth
Scroll

We take on a small number of homes each year, deliberately — each one designed around its owners, its light, and its land.

No pressure, no shortcuts. Just an honest standard of craft, held from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.

01 · Who We Are

A contemporary luxury builder, fluent in DFW.

Sebby Homes designs and delivers contemporary custom residences across Dallas–Fort Worth — Highland Park, Preston Hollow, Southlake, Westlake, and Uptown. One team, one standard of finish.

01

Design-Led

Architecture, interiors, and budget resolved together — before the first pour, not after.

02

A Standard of Finish

Flush reveals, aligned grain, shadow-gap millwork — details most builders don't attempt.

03

Single Accountability

One builder of record, one schedule, one point of contact through delivery and warranty.

04

DFW Fluency

Neighborhood-level knowledge of lots, codes, and what each street expects of a home.

02 · The Partnership

Two partners. One standard. Clear roles.

03 · Design Language

Four pillars, one signature.

Light.

Designed around natural light by day — then layered cove and LED, statement fixtures, and landscape uplighting as the architecture comes alive at dusk.

Open volume, washed in natural light

Texture & Materiality.

White oak, matte black metal, natural stone, limewash plaster, large-format slab — materials chosen to be touched, not just seen.

The Invisible Craft.

"In a true custom build, you don't see the systems."

Linear slot diffusers flush to the ceiling. Concealed returns. No visible trim, no clumsy reveals. Audio, video, and climate integrated into the architecture. The engineering disappears — the architecture remains.

Modern Living.

Open volume and clean rooflines. Kitchen and bath as sculpture — waterfall island, floating vanity — with smart climate and automation woven through the home.

05 · Our Process

From first drawing to your front door.

01

Design

Architecture, interiors, and budget resolved as one — not in sequence.

02

Preconstruction

Engineering, permits, selections, and a transparent build plan.

03

Build

Disciplined site leadership, clean sites, and weekly owner updates.

04

Finish-Out

The invisible-craft stage — millwork, systems, light, and detail.

05

Handover

Final walkthrough, systems training, and responsive warranty care.

Five phases. One point of accountability. No surprises along the way.
06 · The six9 Builder Portal

  • 03

    Decisions Documented

Selections, approvals, and open items in writing — so nothing lives in someone's memory.

    One Thread

A direct line to Sebastien. You never chase a subcontractor for an answer.
